  1. Do you clean baseboards?
    1. Yes we do. Wiping baseboards is included on your first cleaning service and after we maintain them by dusting.
  2. What should I do to not forget my cleaning day?
    1. Monica will give a call or leave u a massage to conform the hour day before your service
  3. What’s going to happened if I have complain?
    1. All complaints and concerns should be known reported within 24h of the day your cleaning services are done. We will try to resolve the issue over the phone or we will send the manager to your house to check the quality and solved the problem as soon is possible.
  4. Are you bonded and licensed?
    1. Yes we are. The Manager can provided you with all those information during the free estimate.
  5. Do you send the same team?
    1. Yes we do. We assign one team for each house and do our best to keep this schedule. In the special circumstances if your team is not available like (vacation, sickness, and emergences) we will provided you with different team. You are not obligated to keep your regular team you may request a different team.
